It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 5 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHING REGULATOR. This harley voltage regulator is available in the SC-74A, SOT-753 package for the purpose of space saving. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Fixed output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~85°C TA temperature while operating. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 350mA output current of voltage regulator. There is a maximum input voltage of 5.5V for this voltage regulator 12v. As a result of the 260 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible.
