LM3673TL-1.2/NOPB Overview


It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 5 terminations were made. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 5-WFBGA, DSBGA package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. Operating at -30°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 2MHz. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1.2V. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible. Voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 3.6V to meet the operation requirements. As a member of the LM3673 family of DC/DC regulators, this is a DC/DC regulator. Voltage of voltage regulator can be delivered at 1.2V volts. There are 5 pins that are used for the operation of the voltage regulator 12v. In order to use this voltage regulator 12v at its full potential, the output voltage should be kept at at least 1.2V. The maximum output current reaches 350mA A to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. Switching regulators such as this operate from voltages of 5.5V. There are no external factors that affect DC DC switching regulator's consumption of 16μA A of quiescent current. Adjusting voltage regulator reliable performance is ensured based on the minimal supply voltage of 2.7V V. This harley voltage regulator is more efficient and stable due to its PULSE FREQUENCY MODULATION TECHNIQUE IS ALSO POSSIBLE feature.
