This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. A voltage regulator consists of 5 terminations. The type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with is SWITCHING REGULATOR. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a SC-74A, SOT-753 package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. Operating at -30°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. DC-DC switching regulators reach 2MHz switching frequencies.
