LM3678SD-1.2/NOPB Overview


This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 10 terminations. A SWITCHING REGULATOR type of analog IC is equipped with this regulator voltage, which is the type of analog IC that is used in it. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Programmable output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -30°C~85°C TA. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 3.3MHz. Input voltage 2.5V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 0.8V 1.2V. A regulator with this 260 peak reflow temperature is essentially indestructible. An input voltage of 3.6V is required for switching regulator operation. The LM3678 family of DC/DC regulators includes this DC/DC regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage is maintain at 1.2V. During switching regulator operation, 10 pins are used. The maximum output current reaches 1.5A A to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. This DC-DC switching regulator operates from a supply voltage of 5.5V. External factors do not affect voltage regulator's consumption of 400μA A of quiescent current. In order to ensure reliable performance, a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum supply voltage of 2.5V V is required.
