LM3678SDE-1.2/NOPB Overview


For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, 10 terminations are present. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Programmable outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -30°C~85°C TA. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 3.3MHz. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V 1.2V. There is a maximum input voltage of 5.5V for this voltage regulator 12v. A regulator voltage's peak reflow temperature amounts to 260 being indestructible. An input voltage of 3.6V is required for switching regulator operation.
