With a 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 3V~5.5V. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~125°C TJ. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 300kHz position. dc dc regulator can be generalized using Surface Mount. To provide efficient switching control, Current Limit, Enable, Soft Start, Tracking is included in the dcdc regulator. SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC connects the switch converters.
