LM393D precision reference has outstanding stability of temperature over a broad spectrum of voltage, temperature, and operating current. Precision reference LM393D stabilizing heating element is integrated along with an active Zener on a monolithic substrate that nearly completely eliminates voltage fluctuations in response to temperature. LM393D datasheet provides low noise and excellent stability over the long term.
