Using the Tube package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. This harley voltage regulator has 8 terminations. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package to save space. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 50kHz~1.5MHz. The output current of 400mA Switch makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility. Its 260 peak reflow temperature makes this regulator essentially indestructible.
