LM5002SDX/NOPB Overview


Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. There are 8 terminations in this voltage regulator. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 8-WDFN package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~125°C TJ, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 50kHz~1.5MHz. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 400mA Switch output current of voltage regulator. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 75V. With its peak reflow temperature of 260, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible. An input voltage of 10V is required to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation. In this case, the DC/DC regulator belongs to the family LM5002. There is a possibility that DC DC switching regulator can give voltage at 6.85V volts.
