For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tube package. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 20 terminations. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 20-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package for the purpose of space saving. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. There is a switching frequency of 50kHz~500kHz for this voltage regulator 12v.
