LM5007MM/NOPB Overview


As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 8 terminations were made. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. The space-saving 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package is available for this voltage regulator. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 2.5V. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 48V. As a member of the LM5007 family of DC/DC regulators, this is a DC/DC regulator. At 73V volts, voltage regulator can provide voltage. To operate the voltage regulator 12v, 8 pins are required. The output voltage of this voltage regulator 12v should at least be set at 2.5V volts at all times. To meet its operating requirements, dc to dc voltage regulator can deliver a maximum output current of 500mA A. The maximum output voltage of 73V makes DC DC switching regulator easy to operate. A maximum voltage of 73V can be obtained from the regulator voltage. Voltage regulator consumes 500μA A of quiescent current without being affected by external factors. An operating voltage of 9VV ensures adjusting voltage regulator reliable performance. As long as the supply voltage is greater than 75V, the voltage regulator 12v will operate correctly. At a frequency of 800kHz, dc to dc voltage regulator is capable of maintaining high accuracy. Improved reliability can be reali380kHzed based on the voltage regulator'switching frequency of 380kHz.
