LM5009AMM/NOPB Overview


It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, 8 terminations are present. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. DC-DC switching regulators reach 50kHz~1.1MHz switching frequencies. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 6V is required for this voltage regulator to operate.
