LM5009ASD/NOPB Overview


Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. There are 8 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 8-WDFN Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 50kHz~1.1MHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 6V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. There is a maximum input voltage of 95V for this voltage regulator 12v.
