LM5017MRE/NOPB Overview


A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. There are 8 terminations in this voltage regulator. A SWITCHING REGULATOR type of analog IC is equipped with this regulator voltage, which is the type of analog IC that is used in it. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 8-PowerSOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. Adj to 1MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. Regulator 7.5V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 7.5V. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 100V.
