LM5018MR/NOPB Overview


A Tube package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. There are 8 terminations in this voltage regulator. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. There is a 8-PowerSOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ when operating. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of Adj to 1MHz. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 100V. 260 is essentially indestructible due to DC DC switching regulator's peak reflow temperature. The voltage regulator 12v is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 48V for operation. As a member of the LM5018 family of DC/DC regulators, this is a DC/DC regulator. At 90V volts, voltage regulator can provide voltage. For switching regulator operation, 8 pins are used. Ideally this switch regulator should have an output voltage of about 1.225V at the very least. A maximum output current of 300mA A is available to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. There is a maximum output voltage of 90V from this voltage regulator 12v. With 100V as the supply voltage, this DC-DC switching regulator will operate. Voltage regulator consumes 1.75mA A of quiescent current without being affected by external factors.
