LM5020MMX-1/NOPB Overview


With a 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc control's supply and operating voltages are 8V~15V. Qualified to work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. It can switch at 200kHz~630kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Frequency Control, Soft Start. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING CONTROLLER output. Switching converters are designed with the terminal (s) at position DUAL . A variety of 8 terminations are available in dc switching. Some of the control techniques adapted by these dc dc converter ics include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's input voltageis set to 48V. In addition to "LM5020", there are other relevant dc to dc converter ics you can find. The switching converter has a total of 10 pins. The test statistics indicate that DC regulator outputs a voltage of 7V. This dc to dc regulator accepts only 90V input voltage at most.
