LM5020MMX-2/NOPB Overview


Capsuled in the 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. DC control operates at 8V~15V volts and has 8V~15V supply voltage. Qualified to work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. This switching controller can switch at 200kHz~630kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Frequency Control, Soft Start. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING CONTROLLER output. A switching converters's terminal (s) sits at the DUAL position. A variety of 8 terminations are available in dc switching. It includes PULSE WIDTH MODULATION as one of the control techniques dc dc converter ic adapts.
