LM5020SD-1/NOPB Overview


With a 10-WDFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 8V~15V. Worked in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher before. The switching controller can be switched at 200kHz~630kHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Frequency Control, Soft Start provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters. There are a DUAL terminal on the switching converters. An array of 8 terminations of dc switching. To name a few of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt, it includes PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. There is a DC switcher's nominal voltage of 48V.
