LM5020SD-2/NOPB Overview


It comes in the 10-WDFN Exposed Pad package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. This dc control operates at 8V~15V and has a 8V~15V supply voltage. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~125°C TJ rating. There is a switch at 200kHz~630kHz that can be used with this controller. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. To provide efficient switching control, Frequency Control, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING CONTROLLER output. There are a DUAL terminal on the switching converters. A variety of 8 terminations are available in dc switching.
