LM5020SDX-1 Overview


As a result of 10-WDFN Exposed Pad compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). A 8V~15V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Worked in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher before. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 200kHz~630kHz position. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator.
