The switching controller fits in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. For 2 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tube rating. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 8V~15V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~125°C TJ is the -40°C~125°C TJrm. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 200kHz~400kHz position. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Dead Time Control, Frequency Control, Ramp, Soft Start. An analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER is connected to the switch converters.
