Capsuled in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. It is sufficient to generate 2 outputs with this dc motor controller. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 8V~15V. Suitable for a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. Switching can be done at 200kHz~590kHz with this switching controller. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Dead Time Control, Frequency Control, Reset, Soft Start. The switch converters are connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC. DUAL are the position of the terminal of the switching converters.
