LM5085MMX/NOPB Overview


It comes in a 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 4.5V~75V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. A -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher is not a problem. With this switching controller, you can switch at Up to 1MHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. Current Limit, Enable, On Time Control provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC is connected to the switch converters. Switching converters are designed with the terminal (s) at position DUAL . 8 terminations with a variety of function. A DC switcher's nominal voltage of 48V is input.
