A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 2 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 9V~14V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.This device is designed with a N-Channel MOSFET gate type.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~125°C TJ.The input type is Non-Inverting.As a result of its configuration, it contains a maximum of 8 terminations.You will find various related parts under the base part number LM5100.The device is mounted with Surface Mount.The pins are configured with 8 when designing the chip.In order to operate, a voltage of 12V has to be applied.An output current as high as 1.8A can be achieved at maximum power.A board with 8 component pins is available.The high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be up to 118V.The output current can be set to 1.8A.
