The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package offers greater flexibility.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.There are 2 drivers installed for this device.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.By using 9V~14V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate drivers is designed wGate driversh a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET.The allowable temperature range that this device can be operated in is -40°C~125°C TJ.The input type for this program is Non-Inverting.Initially, the configuration is composed of 8 terminations.The device is specifically designed to operate at 12V volts.On the board, there are 8 component pins.The high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be up to 118V.
