A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 10-WDFN Exposed Pad package.A package of Tape & Reel (TR) has been used.This configuration includes 2 drivers.Surface Mount is mounted in the way of the device.Gate drivers is able to show Gate driverss superiorGate driversy on the basis of a supply voltage of 9V~14V.N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~125°C TJ.A type of Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.Mosfet driver is based on 10 terminations.The base part number LM5100 refers to a number of related parts.The device is mounted with Surface Mount.During design, it is configured with 10 pins.The device is specifically designed to operate at 12V volts.In the maximum case, the output current can be 1.8A volts.On the board, there are 10 component pins.A boot strap voltage of 118V is the maximum possible high-side voltage.
