Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 8-WDFN Exposed Pad package.There is a package in the form of Tape & Reel (TR).It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.In the absence of a 9V~14V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.The gate type on this device is N-Channel MOSFET.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~125°C TJ.Input type of Non-Inverting is used.Its configuration is based on a total of 8 terminations.There are various parts that can be found under its base part number LM5101.Devices are mounted by Surface Mount.There are 8 pins available in the device.Specification is for 12V supply voltage operation.Mosfet driver is possible for the output current to be as low as 3A.Mosfet driver includes a number of useful electronic components in Mosfet drivers subcategory of MOSFET Drivers.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage can be up to 118V.Mosfet driver is based on a basis of 2 outputs that have been integrated.The output current of this device can be set to 3A.Mosfet driver ic is not allowed to exceed 3mA when operating the supply current.
