For greater flexibility, its 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package is used.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 2 drivers.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 3.5V~14V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.The gate type on this device is N-Channel MOSFET.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~125°C TJ.The input type is Inverting, Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number LM5111.Mounting the device requires Surface Mount.At the time of design, it is configured with 8 pins.Mosfet driver employs an interface chip called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER as Mosfet drivers interface chip.The maximum output current can amount to 5A.Mosfet gate drivers supports a current output of 5A.Keeping the supply current at 2mA ensures greater stability.
