LM5116MH Overview


It comes in the 20-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. An enclosure of Tube is used to package the PMIC. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. This dc control operates at 6V~100V and has a 6V~100V supply voltage. Worked in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher before. This switching controller can switch at 200kHz 535kHz. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Frequency Control, Ramp, Soft Start. Thare switch converters are connected to an analog integrated circuit (IC) of type SWITCHING CONTROLLER. Thare switching converters has a terminal (s) at DUAL .
