LM5116MHX/NOPB Overview


It comes in a 20-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. For outputs of 1, this dc motor controller is suitable. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 6V~100V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Qualified to work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 200kHz 535kHz position. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Frequency Control, Ramp, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog integrated circuit is connected to the switch converters. There are a terminal (s) on the switching converters that are designed at DUAL. 20 terminations with various dc switching's functions. Some of the control techniques adapted by these dc dc converter ics include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's input voltageis 48V volts.
