With a 20-CSOIC (0.275, 7.00mm Width) package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tube. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. 6V~100V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~125°C TJ is the -40°C~125°C TJrm. There is a switch at 200kHz 535kHz that can be used with this controller. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Frequency Control, Ramp, Soft Start. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING CONTROLLER output. Terminal (s) of the switching converters are designed at the DUAL position.
