LM5117PSQE/NOPB Overview


In the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. Voltages 5.5V~65V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Suitable for a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. This switching controller can switch at 200kHz 480kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. Frequency Control, Ramp, Soft Start provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control. Switch converters are connected to ICs with SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog outputs. switching converters terminal (s) are designed to be at QUAD. A variety of terminations with 24 of dc switching. The control methods that these dc dc converter ics use include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. The DC switcher's nominal voltage is 48V.
