LM5117QPMHE/NOPB Overview

In the 20-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control operates at 5.5V~65V and has a 5.5V~65V supply voltage. Suitable for work in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. Switching can be done at 200kHz 480kHz with this switching controller. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. Frequency Control, Ramp, Soft Start provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC is connected to the switch converters. DUAL are the position of the terminal of the switching converters. A variety of dc switching's functions can be performed on 20 terminations. These dc dc converter ics adapt a variety of control techniques, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. 48V nominal DC switcher's voltage input.
