LM5122MHX/NOPB Overview


The switching controller fits in the 20-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 4.5V~65V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~125°C TJ. The switching controller can be switched at Up to 1MHz. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. The dcdc regulator features Frequency Control, Soft Start for efficient switching control. Connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply. There are a DUAL terminal on the switching converters.
