LM5150QRUMRQ1 Overview
It comes in a 16-WQFN Exposed Pad package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. For outputs of 1, this dc motor controller is suitable. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 1.5V~42V. A -40°C~125°C TA dc switcher is not a problem. There is a switch at 220kHz~2.3MHz that can be used with this controller. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Current Limit is included in the dcdc regulator. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING CONTROLLER output. The switching converters's terminal (s) are designed at QUAD . A variety of dc switching's functions can be performed on 16 terminations. PULSE WIDTH MODULATION is an example of one of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt. It is inputted with a DC switcher's voltage of 1.7V. A search for "LM5150" will reveal other relevant dc to dc converter ics. Pins number 16 of switching converter in total. Test statistics indicate DC regulator outputs 6.8V voltage. It should be fully noted that the dc to dc regulator only accepts 42V input voltage at most. To better satisfy the need, DC to DC voltage regulator has a value of OUTPUT VOLTAGE= 5V TO 42V. The dc to dc voltage regulator belongs to the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series.
