LM5642XMTX/NOPB Overview


It comes in the 28-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 2. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. Voltages 4.5V~36V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~125°C TJ. It can switch at 375kHz. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. The dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable, Soft Start for efficient switching control. An analog IC with the DUAL SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters. A switching converters's terminal (s) sits at the DUAL position. Different dc switching's functions can be applied to 28 terminations. The control methods that these dc dc converter ics use include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION.
