LMK02002ISQ/NOPB Overview


The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. As you can see, it consists of 48 terminations. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. In this clock generator, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is used as the input to the clock. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 3.15V~3.45V. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~85°C.
