LMK03000DISQE/NOPB Overview


In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. A Clock PLL is included with the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 48 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed for clock generator's input. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. Providing a maximum frequency of 1.296GHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 3.15V~3.45V. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~85°C. LVDS, LVPECL logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer.
