LMK03000DISQ/NOPB Overview

As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Embedded in the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. 48 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer.
