LMK03001CISQ/NOPB Overview


As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. As part of the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 48 terminations can be found in frequency generators. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. There is a Clock PLL called LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator.
