LMK03001DISQE/NOPB Overview


In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. This clock generator is embedded in the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. In it, there are 48 terminations to be found. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. 1.57GHz is the maximal value for normal operation. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 3.15V~3.45V. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. It's compatible with LVDS, LVPECL logic levels.
