LMK03033CISQ/NOPB Overview


As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. The 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are a total of 48 terminations in this file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. A clock generator's input is called LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. An upper frequency limit of 2.16GHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel.
