LMK04101SQ/NOPB Overview


Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator is embedded in the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 48 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. In this clock generator, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is used as the input to the clock. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 1.08GHz maximum. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 3.15V~3.45V. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. LVCMOS, 2VPECL, LVPECL is designed for clock generator's output. The related electronic parts of part number LMK04101 are listed below. It is possible to connect to the PLL via 48 pins. PLLatinum? series electronic parts are used in this part. 7 signal outputs are provided for enhancing output frequency as much as possible.
