As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. A Clock PLL is included with the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. There are a total of 48 terminations in this file. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed as this clock generator's input. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 1.08GHz maximum. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.
