LMR10510XMFX/NOPB Overview


A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. A voltage regulator consists of 5 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. This harley voltage regulator is available in the SC-74A, SOT-753 package for the purpose of space saving. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ when operating. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 1.6MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 3V as an input voltage. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 0.6V. The peak reflow temperature of this regulator amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 5V. DC/DC regulators such as this one belong to the LMR10510 family of products.
