It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. This harley voltage regulator has 5 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the SC-74A, SOT-753 package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ. 3MHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 3V as an input voltage. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.6V. There is a voltage regulator maximum input voltage of 5.5V. A regulator voltage's peak reflow temperature amounts to 260 being indestructible.
