This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 6 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. This harley voltage regulator is available in the SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package for the purpose of space saving. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 1.1MHz. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 0.765V. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible.
