This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator is embedded in the 36-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains 36 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer.
