LMX2592RHAT Overview


Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are 40 terminations found in the file. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. As the Clock PLL's input, CMOS, HCSL, LVDS, LVPECL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. It provides a maximum frequency of 9.8GHZ. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 3.45V.
