It is mounted through 5 terminals on the power management. A Cut Tape (CT) package is used to package the power management. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. In a 2.4V supply voltage, the power management conducts. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Surface Mount mounts power management on the wall. The power management belongs to the Power Management Circuits subcategory. There are a total of 5 pins on power management. The pins of the power management system count 5. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 500mV as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation.
